  We spent most of the month of December at Paradise Cottage on Paradise Point in East Boothbay, Maine. Nothing short of an idyllic experience - tranquil views of Linekin Bay, breathtaking sunsets, soaring seabirds, and star filled night skies.
  Inside, we were warm, cozy and comfortable. The cottage is well designed and includes a large master bedroom as well as an inviting second bedroom, and thoughtfully placed, large windows positioned to capture expansive views of the bay and surrounding woodland. The space is kept in immaculate condition and well equipped. The owners, Ron and Mary Ellen, are lovely and readily available.
  We will return to Paradise Cottage for two weeks in July and to one of their other properties on Paradise Point - Seanook - in December. We highly recommend checking-out Seanook as well!
  Both Paradise Cottage and Seanook present unique opportunities to experience Midcoast Maine at its best!
